Viridian Meditation Herbal Tisane - regular size

I have been practicing meditation for many years, and I am grateful for the benefits it has brought me. I meditate in different ways - journaling, focusing on my breathing with eyes closed, and while also enjoying a cup of tea. 

Ingredients: orange peel, hibiscus, apples, lemongrass, and passionflower. 

Please use one tablespoon per 8 oz. of water and steep for 5-7 minutes.
