My Tea Muse Herbal Tisane - regular size

My Tea Muse Herbal Tisane is inspired by my best imaginary friend - Tea Muse!

(she's waving hi right now!)

Ingredients - butterfly pea flower, spearmint, lemon peel, and watercress.

When you steep the tisane, it turns a lovely BLUE colour!

Use one tablespoon per 8 ounces of water and steep for 5-7 minutes.  Goes well with your imaginary friend!
