Monsieur Proust's Herbal Tisane - regular size

I ADORE Marcel Proust, and although I have only read the first two books of his "series", I know I'll read the entirety of his works. He is one of the greats of French Literature. 

Ingredients: elderberry, freeze-dried apples, cloves, and anise.

Use one tablespoon per 8 ounces of water and steep for 5 to 7 minutes.

I tasted this blend with madeleines - wonderful!
